AEP Benefit Center webinars for retirees are Sept. 23-24
AEP is offering AEP Benefit Center webinars for retirees on Tuesday, Sept. 23, and Wednesday, Sept. 24.
These 60-minute webinars will provide a guided “how-to” tour of the AEP Benefits Center website (http://www.ibenefitcenter.com/aep). Learn to log in to the website; access information about your Health & Welfare benefits; elect and update your life insurance beneficiaries, if applicable; access information about your Pension benefit; and use online tools and resources.
Webinars will take place at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. Eastern time both days.

AEP Retirees & Alumni 
While these webinars are probably a good idea, they were very poorly communicated. I received the email notice in my inbox 1 minute before the first scheduled one. Since they are only available today and tomorrow, and I’ve already scheduled other activities, the short notice will not allow me to attend. I would hope you hold these sessions again, and provide more advanced notice next time.
