December insurance deductions

Due to a processing error, your December 2011 pension payment may not have insurance premiums deducted. If you are affected, it will be necessary for us to deduct the December insurance premiums from future pension payments. The December 2011 premiums will be withheld over the next 12 months beginning with the January 2012 pension payment. This error will not impact your medical, vision, dental or life insurance coverages, if applicable.

We regret any inconvenience this has caused. Please remember to budget your funds accordingly; the extra money you receive in December will be deducted over the next 12 months.

  1. Will we have the option to write a check for Decembers missed payment?

  2. I prefer to send a check for the missed insurance payment rather than have it deducted next year.
