This was a great building, I spent a few months in the building prior to our moving to our new facility on John Scott Hwy in 1990. Prior to my moving to Steubenville I was involved in the sale of the building to a local citizen, Bill Welsh, who bought the building and turned the first floor into, “Jaggen Around”(sp) Restaurant and Pub.
