AEP declares 400th consecutive quarterly dividend
The Board of Directors of American Electric Power Company April 27 declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 42 cents a share on the company’s common stock, increasing the dividend from the previous 41 cents a share and marking 100 years of consecutive quarterly dividends.
